    The power of the king is about but not quite 3 points in play value.
    These measurements are supposed to represent the respective values of
    the piece, but if the king can be confined to a certain region that's
    about 3 points of power not being used. We'll give expert players the
    benefit of the doubt and that they can wrangle the full 3 points worth
    of the king. So, the king is worth 3 points and infinite points both.
