    I think referring to regional/historical variants of this
    game is too loosely, generically as "backgammon" is wrong.

    The considerably different variant played with the cube
    should be given a different name also. I propose and use
    "gamblegammon" since the introduction of the cube was to
    turn it into a game for gamblers...
