    These Blueberry Lemon Cookie Bars are a delightful treat combining the
    tangy freshness of lemon with sweet blueberries, all topped with a

    Ingredients
    For the Cookies:

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened +

    Directions
    1. Prepare the Cookie Dough:

    Preheat the oven to 350#F (175#C) and line a baking sheet with
    parchment paper.
    In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and
    fluffy.
    Add the egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice, mixing
    until fully combined.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until
    a dough forms.

    2. Bake the Cookies:
