Hi all!

Spotted in Northern IL

small bird
white eye ring
scapular looks brown, sparrow or finch like
coverts are black gray with white edges
belly white
sides/flanks light brown striping
head and shoulders were yellowish grey
small, thin tail and beak

It seems similar to vireo or flycatcher. Thanks!
