    I put my D3500 on a Nikon Fieldscope just to see what was possible and saw this egret finishing his dinner.

    powerful magnification or a good blind setup really close by. Of course

    powerful magnification or a good blind setup really close by. Of course
    even better would be both?

    There are some adapters that support the camera better, make everything
    a bit more robust to move around. Just a general google image search
    that shows a few (and a lot of false hits) of some adapters if it's of
