Last day of summer yesterday was chilly, 40sF, and I was
uncomfortably cold so this morning I dug up a wool hat and
mitties. Very nice fast ride today but I miss this year's
    unusually wonderful warm summer.

Definitely cooler today around 53 but seem when done my hands cold. Took
a bit of work to get my helmet strap off as hands get stiff and lack
certain movement. 42 miles on the Catrike and sure enough in for shower
and meal and then boom..............the colon issue. Nothing new but not
so good if you have to be somewhere at the time. f

Still close to 100F here in the days (and still 100 days possible for
another couple of weeks), although we're out of monsoon conditions (dew
    point > 55F).

But 78F in the mornings is really nice. It wasn't that long ago that I
    was having 90F at sun-up.
