    I put in another 34 miles today making it over 300 miles for the month so far. I got in a decent sleep last night making it a fairly easy ride. My average and max heart rate were low anhd the average speed was higher than Tuesday. I went to the dentist yesterday aned my mouth is quite sore today.
    Looking at the weather today, I believe that the El Nino weather is going to bring rain near the end of the year rather than waiting until February of next year. But I will most likely have exceeded my target of 4,000 miles for the year.
    If all goes well I will be able to get in another 700 miles before the end of October and I will have 4,500 miles.
