    two days with poor sleep and I was dead slow today and my heart rate was high all day. I was on the Time again since I was too lazy to fix my flat yesteday.
    My average speed was way down as well.
    My Saturday ride was much better and less than half way through the month I have 200 miles.
    I am waiting for my Park Tools super hagnet innter cable threaders. It was a real mistake to not buy these from an American distributor. The Chinese are normally very responsive so I expect this was out of xtock and he couldn't post it until it came in. This sometimes occurs with US distributors as well but normally they only advertise things that they have in stock.
    I do have a super magnet on the steering head cap on the Time. So I will try that and see if I cat get that to work. I am reallyu getting tired of waiting.
