The knit gloves like I have appear to be back in nstock so I ordered a couple pair.
When I came out to take the Colnago out, it had a flat tire so I pulled out the Time. The Time is really a much bette bike than the Colnago C-RS. It also has Campagnolo aluminum wheels and Record 11 speed. 34 miles and 3 hours. Today is hot but I got the ride over before the real heat and I wore a short sleeve jersey and have my dark tan so I didn't feel it until the end of the ride when I took off my helmet.
I had to get out of the sun really quick.
I'm still waiting for the super magnet Park Tool set from China and now figure that they advertised something that they didn't have in stock and had to wait to get it before finally mailing it off.
The Campy Record group does work noticably better than the LTWoo, but the Chinese brand is pretty good. I have a set of Sensah 8 speed levers for the Shwinn 564 os whatever it is. These levers work like SRAM manual shifters and possible even better since the operate with a single lever and not the small inner lever that the SRAM uses.
The Chinese components may not be perfect but they are GOOD reploacement parts for everything from 6 speed to 12 speed. I think that they even have an electronic 12 speed group as well. While the brake cable connection doesn't fit pefectly that just means you have to take a little more care connecting it. The Chinese brakes have a slightly higher pull ratio so that rest position allows wider opening for wider tires. The front and rear shifter work good. The cogset and rings are not as sophisticated as Shimano or Campagnolo so the shifts are a little noisier. But the prices are shockingly cheaper.
