Although the dawn is noticeably later every morning now,
today's ride was at 72F, dead calm, quite, perfect. Life is
    good!

SUnrise now 6:21 but was ok today. Going to be hot later. Today's crazy
ride I lost my flag on the pole of Catrike. Mirror is loose does not
seem to want to hold have to get some loctite and see what I can do. I
have to have the rearview mirror. Finally a stretch of dry weather we
    need for fields too,

ItrCOs dropped to approximately that in London though probably more humid, thunderstorms are possible but on the whole havenrCOt arrived! Was 30/40 or 90/100 few weeks ago so this is definitely an improvement!

Bit gusty and is a bank holiday so parks etc are heaving, but even so took
a loop to Crystal Palace, where the great exhibition aka the Crystal Palace
was loved to, and has the remains of a motor racing track which can see if
one looks carefully! But I like the Victorian Dinosaurs which, where
accurate to the time, so some are more or less correct but others are
wildly off, as folks where making best guesses with fragmented information
ie very few bones to work on, but interesting never the less.

Dropped down past Herne Hill a old open air Velodrome, to Battersea Power station, which is a retail park, had intended to stop for a coffee there
but way too busy for my liking so stopped in Battersea Park and watched the recumbents roll back and fore! They are very simple with the front wheel
    driven and no gears.

Fair bit of walking my bike in the busy areas as while technically allowed since I can walk seemed more sociable minded to do so.

Did need to adjust the brakes on the roadie this morning, so IrCOd expect IrCOll get maybe 3k out of the pads which is probably what IrCOd expect for a bike that gets used in the winter, wet gritty weather does a number on rim brake pads from memory!

DoesnrCOt seem to affect Disk pads in that regard, at least on the commute, riding off road wet horrible conditions absolutely causes increased wear
    rate.

Very close to same sunrise/sunset at moment, despite being a lot further
north, London is around the same as Calgary hence we loose progressively
more hours of daylight, reaching a gap of 1hr 25 minutes at the winter
    peak.

Hence IrCOll be using my new light that has the car auto dip technology
fairly frequently within a few weeks as the light fades.

When I saw the "Bliss" subject line I automatically thought of Joy Beeson.

She does post rather sparingly, so hopefully still is, have lost a number
of posters over the last few years, which I suppose is kinda what yourCOd expect for such a format.

This gets tiresome. I had a headwind the 17 miles out and while I was drinking coffee, it clocked around and I had a headwind most of the way back.
Today, Thursday, The wind was exactly reversed from normal. Fresh, I held low heart rate on the way out and into the wind on the way back I was slipping up near 120 bpm.
