    Another night with less than six hours of sleep. I didn't feel too bad but I couldn't push it. 11.2 mph average though the riding speed was 13 mph into probably 15 mph headwind. Coming back with the wind was more like 15-16 mphwhich is much slower thanj if I got 8 hours of sleep, or even 7 hours.
    125 miles in 6 days so this month is looking good.
