Today I was on the Catrike out passed mile 35 and then the RD cable
snapped. I thought i would be fine just back home with it in the highest
gear but could go to the granny. No it did not work for some reason the derailleur would not sit right aligned with cog and still thread the
change. I thought no problem I can push the limit screw and force is
out. But no screw driver in the patch kit only allen wrenches. Nothing I
could even improvise. So cannot pedal and 5 miles from home. Call deacon
Al and he bailed me out. Learned a lesson but still have to get the
Trike in order later today no rush. Going to have to get set up so I can
index the gears again and the usual.
