As expected the police backed down and apologised, IrCOve not watched the videos but itrCOs reported that the rider did attempt to explain that their test was bunk, ie spinning the rear wheel at speed while lifting the bike
up, ie the motor wasnrCOt engaged but quite capable of spinning without load
to that speed or rather revolution.

Let alone that Tern are at least in uk a very common mainstream brand of
cargo bikes, ie they have shown a rather lack of knowledge and rational reasoning!
