For thos interested in power: https://www.cyclistshub.com/average-cycling-power/
Now using this list and despite the fact that I been riding forever, using my weight of 95 kg and using a value of 2.5 w/kg from the hour long FTP column, (my rides are all over 2 hours) I get a power value of 2.5 w/kg it calculates to 237 watts. Since I have been reporting values of 167 average watts, why is there even the slightest doubt?
