  • Air Quality up for grabs

    Today in central Illinois it is hazy and not clear. Bad air alert
    although I have to say I have not noticed it and riding early this
    morning was fine but I say in cover of a subdivision to ride. Actually
    was a fast day for me first time I did 40 miles on the Catrike and
    averaged 15mph. It was flat loops but I will take it for sure.

    Right now I just baked loaf of my sourdough bread for the week. I bake
    one loaf a week my started dates back to 2021. Nice rise today and good
    crumb it makes eggs and toast after a trike ride nice.

    Andrew is it worse your way?
