    Let us ride out bikes in peace how we want. Really for some people they
    are daily transportation and needed. Helmets are great I always wear one
    but if you don't want to then I don't care it is your head. I pay road
    taxes so I should get to ride my bike on them.

    Your basic bike is a utility for much of the world or at least some form
    of getting around. The crazy roadies going out on training rides and performance are not much in the grand picture but they seem to have the
    most money to spend. Therefore there bikes get complicated and they vote
    more often.
