  • first ride after coronary peoceedure

    After 3 days of bad weather and 5 days of doctor ordered activity
    restrictions, I finally got in a ride this morning. Temperature
    started out in low 80s but topped out at 87. I only did 25 miles at 11
    MPH avg and only got my heartrate up to just over 100 BPM. I'll push a
    little harder next ride.
