Somehow, last week in my exuberance of having defeated the ear
infection, I managed to re-injure my left rotator-cuff. It's happened
before. That shoulder has had problems ever since I was a kid.

It happened, no doubt, as I was continuing the process of lining the
new truck's bed and sides with 3/4 inch plywood and carpeting.

    I don't recall, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't go cycling when I
had the problem before because I would have had to lean on my arms
with a two wheeler. Back then not riding wasn't a problem, but these
days, I need to go riding and because I don't lean on my arms, I gave
    it a try.

The only problem was getting up off the Catrike, but using my right
hand to reach forward and grab the front derailleur stem, I managed.
My PVC loading device continues to be a godsend. Getting the Catrike
in and out of the truck would have been a problem.

Now I just have to baby the shoulder for a week or two.
