    I applied for a permit to remove the fuse box and install a circuit breaker panel. Sonce my brother was going to help me, the city demanded insurance. I checked my home insurance and gave them a call to varify the policy.
    To my shock, although it was on autopay, they had canceled my policy in 2024 for lack of payment even though I have a letter saying I paid 24 to 25. I spent the entire rest of the day getting my home insured. And then while filling out the forms on-line Autosign charged me $300 for no reason whatsoever. I just spent the last 2 hours trying to correct it and having chat ask me a question and not waiting for me to respond before asking "Are you still there?" Am I still here after 5 seconds?
    It appearsa that it is an India chat team and I can only imagine the pressure they are under.
    I finally got insured now.But if you want to know why California cities are all broke.Its becausem they want to protect electrcians from being shocked when PG&E disconnects power to the house before any work begins.
