I have finally been riding the Trike outside more about average of 150
miles a week past few weeks. I usually get in a 30-43 mile ride. Today I
road inside on the regular bike on trainer. I can easily tell my
pedaling stroke as change the power position as such and set different.
I am pulling more at the top instead of getting up on top the pedal to
hammer as such. Not bad thing today I road with good power inside 33
    miles as 128 watts average.

Sounds like yourCOre starting to get adjusted to the trike? I can definitely feel difference between the position with my bikes, from the MTB to the
roadie where the body position is different.

A different pedal stroke can easily explain your breathing and HR
differences. To that point, pulling up more isn't usually a bad thing,
it helps you "pedal circles" as Eddy Merckx use to call it.

Speaking from personal experience, you should see what these do to your
HR and breathing until you get used to them:
