Allegation? No different than any pro (and many amateur as well) race
since I was a teenager. It's usually not clear either way, and life goes
on.
It's the moto's job to get out of the way. It isn't the riders job to
slow down. For that fact, A few KM from the finish there was a Uno-X
rider in the peloton waving wildly at the moto in front of the peloton
to get out of the way so the chasers wouldn't be able to take a draft advantage. In any case, the break was away for 150 Km of a 156 Km stage.
If there was any drafting advantage realized by the break it was
minimal. The breakaway groups podium placings were well- deserved.
