My 20 minute power is 169 watts despite the rear derailleur not being properly aligned and shifting out and back unexpectantly. Normalized power, whatever the hell that is,is 174 watts. Average speed is 11.4 mph.Total distance was 27 miles for a total of 1520 miles so far this year.
The Saturday group was faster and longer.
I missedd several rides this year so I figure I coud have turned over 6,000 miles which I think is pretty good at 81.

Normalised power is your average power, over the ride. Which I suspect
yourCOve not calibrated aka zeroed the meters as it sounds bit too high, its around what folks I ride with do on faster rides be that commutes into
london or club rides which are getting on for double your average speed for more or less same averages.

    Glad to hear it.
