    Gatorade was invented at my alma-mater, and I believe that they still

    OTOH, I try to avoid Pepsico products, as well as restaurants that are tied-houses to Pepsi (YUM brands like Taco Bell, KFC, Habit). I try to

    I'm thinking your attempt to penalize Pepsico for signing a marketing
    deal with the Soviet Union might be a bit misplaced 55 years and two
    regime changes hence.....

    It's actually not just that. Pepsi succumbed to the Arab LeaguerCOs
    boycott of Israel. Even now, Pepsi is rare (though available) in Israel,
    but is the most popular cola elsewhere in the middle east.

    Also see: "PepsiCorCoFrom Boycotting Israel to Buying SodaStream for
    Billions" <https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/pepsico-from-boycotting-israel-to-buying-sodastream-for-billions>.

    So I guess that I shouldn't be upset at Pepsi, EXCEPT for the fact that SodaStream is a huge ripoff, the way they charge so much for those small
    CO2 cartridges. We like carbonated water so I bought a 20lb CO2 tank and
    I get it filled at a local soda supplier. One tank lasts me about seven
    years. I wrote up how to do it at <https://tinyurl.com/carbonation88> or <docs.google.com/document/d/12k1An0U55KP4kwc601yF3hbjACyM4WmHqN4SFOwNNYk>.

    True. However, it is possible to purchase Pepsi Cola in Israel. For
    example:
    <https://shoppy.co.il/search?type=product&q=pepsi>
    (NIS = New Israel Shekel).

    Also, the Palestinian community favors their own soft drinks, Most of
    them are bottled outside of Israel:

    Palestine Cola:

    Gaza Cola:
    <https://gazacola.shop>
    Salaam Cola:

    Me too, but I only use one tabet in my 24 oz bottles. I've been
    drinking a little over two of them on the 30 miles rides I've been
    doing lately. I expect that will increase when it gets warmer.

    I stopped drinking any soda pop several years ago.
