Yeah, a nuke cooling tower spews water vapor and that's not a pollutant,
but given how many people believe in Chemtrails, the sight of some
building spewing clouds of something does help to get the message across.
The reallity is that a large percentage (if not most) of dangerous
pollution is invisible - and that's hard to illustrate.
