  • Can't find programming instructions for clicker KLIK2 (KE2378) keypad for 12-position Genie GDO

    From Maria Sophia@mariasophia@comprehension.com to alt.home.repair,rec.autos.tech on Mon Feb 2 11:41:50 2026
    From Newsgroup: rec.autos.tech

    For the life of me, I can't find programming instructions for the 5-number www.clickerproducts.com KLIK2 (KE2378) keypad (FCC ID HBW2378)
    for a 390MHz 12-position Genie GDO.

    All the programming instructions I can find are for a "similar" but
    different keypad, e.g.,
    <https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/C1MM+Jsjh5L.pdf>

    Called Clicker/Chamberlain/LiftMaster main customer support phone number
    800-528-5880 but they have no old instructions & the new ones don't work.

    All they have are CLK1D, CLK1R, KLIK2U, etc. such as this CLK1D PDF.
    <https://embed.widencdn.net/pdf/plus/cgi/icvexkqooh/114a3271.pdf>

    Any idea how to find the correct instructions that actually list the model?

    Try this page. There's a link further down to contact the seller.
    Can't tell from the listing if the manual comes with it or not.
