Lando Norris and McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri have been disqualified
from the Las Vegas Grand Prix for technical infringements.

The skid blocks on both cars were found after the race to be less than
the minimum depth allowed in the rules.

This shakes the hell out of the championship. Can Max come back to win
    the title?

Assuming Max wins everything, he goes to 424, so Norris would need 35
points to win (a tie giving the title to Max by 8 wins to 7).

Also assuming McLaren use team orders to put Lando ahead of Oscar,
then 35 can be achieved by
    2nd(18) + 2nd(18) + irrelevant sprint
    2nd(18) + 3rd(15) + sprint 7th(2)
    2nd(18) + 4th(12) + sprint 4th(5)
    ...
Or in tabular form - set fonts to sane - here's what he'd need from the
    sprint:

    \ Q | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | 5th | 6th |
    A.D.\ | 25 | 18 | 15 | 12 | 10 | 8 | -------+-----+-----+-----+-----+-----+-----+
    1st 25 | x | x | x | x | x | x |
    2nd 18 | x | any | 7th | 4th | 2nd | L |
    3rd 15 | x | 7th | 4th | L* | L | L |
    4th 12 | x | 4th | L* | L | L | L |
    5th 10 | x | 2nd | L | L | L | L |
    6th 8 | x | L | L | L | L | L |

Here, 'x' means that this case is excluded by the 'Max wins' assumption,
L means 'Lando loses the WDC', and L* means 'Lando would have needed 1st place'.
