    Not exactly High-End, but very nice indeed. However, I am trying to date this beast.

    Serial Number: 07FH3C0
    Line Fuses are inside, not exposed in the rear.
    There are no 12 V fuses internally.
    No ICs on the input side - all discreet.
    Does have the LED readout.

    Any thoughts?

    Works well, after replacing the 4A fuses. They died from age, the elements had turned black and partially crumbled.

    Per Orion Blue Book (not the most accurate):

    citation 16 1976-1979 - ICs stopped somewhere in production.
    citation 16a 1978-1979 - Slightly derated. No ICs
    citation 16as 1978-1979 - No LEDs, no ICs
