One of the odder car stops I've seen recently:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwL1Xbkjej0 [23 minutes]
Police come across a car stopped at the side of the road, determine it
is stolen, and question the woman driving it. She explains that she's
deaf and that she's on an undercover op for NCIS, which she says stands
of NATIONAL Criminal Investigation Service out of Quantico. The officer
is skeptical and asks to know the name of her boss. She says it is Leroy Gibbs. She is asked about her undercover mission and explains how she is
one of the country's top psychics, working in a group of psychics and
has black ops training from the military. It's really quite a tale as
she tells it.
I only ever watched a couple of episodes of the NCIS TV show and never
saw any of the spinoffs but even I realized that her story was getting
more and more improbable as it went on. You might find it entertaining....
