Jason Ritter also star, while guests include Laura Linney. Mundy also
serves as showrunner for the series, which isn't adapted from any
specific storylines from the comics but instead is structured as a
murder investigation that draws elements from throughout Green Lantern's history as well as from TV shows including True Detective (which Mundy
once produced) and Slow Horses (which shares a director, James Hawes,
with this series). What once began as a Greg Berlanti-produced, Finn Wittrock-starring Max original back in 2019 finally emerges from seven
years of development as an HBO-branded series (also streaming on HBO
