How can he possibly lack standing? He was a directly affected party.
I was going to ask how the appellate court wasn't just making shit up.
Do most state supreme courts accept all appeals or do they have
discretion? I was wondering if in this case they are determined to
overrule.
Not only that, the professor said he's directly protected by state laaw.
The whole thing is crap.
Much later in the iinterview, he talks about politics creeping into
department meetings.
