Six months after Henry Nowak's death at the hands of Vikrum Digwa and a
month after Digwa's murder conviction, two of the police officers at the
crime scene, presumably including the one who disbelieved that Nowak had
even been stabbed after under investigation for gross misconduct over
their failure to render aid to Nowak after he told them that he'd been
stabbed and couldn't breathe. These officers have been performing their
normal duties since that night and haven't even been consigned to a desk.

The police - and the body that investigates questionable police
activities - must have had the famous video that we first saw after
Digwa's conviction this entire time yet only NOW think their MIGHT be
enough to justify an investigation?? Make it make sense....
