The shooter has not been identified but so far it looks like this is NOT another Muslim terrorist. The shooter apparently had a lengthy manifesto expressing concern about being an incel, had issues with women, hated
porn, etc. This reminds me of an incident a few years back where a guy
ran over and killed a dozen people on the side on Yonge Street, the main
drag in Toronto; he was an incel too.

Please don't make that a joke. We've had some increase in anti-Semitism,
but no mass murders like New York, New Jersey, Pittsburg, and
California. And that Detroit suburb. Other places seem to have worse
incidents in which police get shot. Well, no one else had an incident
like that really bad cop who should have been fired years earlier
killing his own partner in friendly fire.

This was the first time an officer in Montreal has died in the line of
duty in 24 years. It seems likely that the deceased officer was Muslim
given that his middle name was Mohamed. Another officer was critically
wounded but looks like she's going to pull through.

Looks like the female cop shot and killed an innocent bystander in all the chaos.
