• California Steals Payouts From Anti-Lawfare Fund.

I haven't been a big fan of Trump's Anti-Weaponization Fund for people who
were financially harmed by 'lawfare', but the reptiles in Sacramento really have taken their cravenness to a new level.

The California legislature is making sure that no one in California except
them can enjoy the fruits of Trump's Anti-Lawfare Fund. They just passed a
bill to tax any payout someone receives from the fund at 100%. Meaning if you get anything, they're taking it all. But only during Trump's term. If a Democrat takes office, we don't want to rob 'progressives' of their just desserts if they sue Trump for prosecuting *them*.

    Assembly Bill 122:

    (4) The United States Department of Justice announced on May 18, 2026, the establishment of the federal Anti-Weaponization Fund for the purpose of providing a systematic process to hear and redress claims of persons who suffered weaponization and lawfare.

This bill would, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2026, and before January 1, 2030, impose a tax on any settlement fund payment from the federal Anti-Weaponization Fund, or any subsequent fund, settlement, or agreement, as provided, at a rate of 100%. The bill would provide that the taxes imposed by these provisions would not be subject to reduction due to deductions or credits, as provided.

    Sure you have.

but the reptiles in Sacramento really
have taken their cravenness to a new level.

The ones who came up with this outrageous heist to begin with are the reptiles.

Well Felonious XLVII has directed his DOJ to prosecute only Democrats
so it all comes out in the wash doesn't it.

It's a bad idea. I can say that because, unlike you 'progressive' blue-no-matter-who cultists, I can criticize my side when it does something stupid.

I am financially harmed by the Internal Revenue Code. I was going to
    seek compensation.

This will turn into an interesting lawsuit.
