Star TrekAs original Enterprise footage was never as untouched as many
fans remember. In this video, we trace how the iconic 11-foot
Enterprise model was filmed in the pilots, reused throughout the
series, and later altered for VHS, DVD, Blu-ray, and the 2005 remaster project.

We start with The Cage and Where No Man Has Gone Before, then break
down the most important Enterprise stock shots, how they were reused,
and why longtime fans still prefer the original non-CGI versions. If
you love classic Star Trek production history, model effects, and deep
dives into the real footage behind the legend, this one is for you.

    Topics include:
o The original 11-foot Enterprise miniature
o The Cage and the second pilot

Was that the one with the nice space CG shots ... and still the
monsters were humans in rubber suits?

If the aim was to look at the un-remastered parts look even more
ridiculous ... I think they succeeded.
