    Holy cow. James Gunn was really excited for this episode to drop on
    social media. I can see why. It's a fetishist paradise of victimhood as
    John Stewart's parents show how they blame everything wrong in their
    lives on skin colour and Hal Jordan. I couldn't believe what I was
    watching half the time.

    This show misses the mark of what it means to be a Green Lantern.



    They have pretty much dropped that in the comics, but it was an actual, important, part of the lore for many years so it didn't come out of
    nowhere.
