    The Doctor goes to the "anti universe" where he is the bad guy,
    and the Cybermen/Sontarans et cetera are nice chaps.
    The story only resolved when companion also goes rogue and seizes
    the TARDIS ending up back in correct universe.

    If you mean the anti-universe from The Planet of Evil, that was all made
    of anti-matter, not evil/good versions of the people in this one. It
    wasn't the Terran Empire. Otherwise wasn't that idea already done in
    Inferno?
