    Hello,

    in lots of SF, nanobots are used as a vehicle to remove illness
    and aging from societies.

    I wonder whether the recent real-world usage of mRNA - based
    vaccination for Covid-19 (and the original plans, now in early
    trial afaict) to develop a process for individualized vaccinations
    against cancer cells) are the closest to your vision in the real
    world...
