Presented is one of the worst cases of diabetes-related Diabetic
    Blisters, Eruptive Xanthomatosis and
fungal infections that we have ever seen.-a We have taken the
Hippocratic Oath, but we do not treat Douchebags (even doctors have
lines that they will not cross).-a We have placed a black mask on
the Douchebag patient's picture to protect his identity.

Note the clusters of blisters on his right forearm and upper arm
and the dark bruises on his left forearm.-a This is an advanced
case.-a As we have said, we do not treat Douchebags and have not
examined said Douchebag, but he has serious medical problems.-a He
most probably has lost many or all of his teeth.

It has recently been reported that Mr. Douchebag had large bruises
visible on his right cheek, supposedly due to a beating.-a Those may
have been diabetic sores and bruises.

    Diabetes

    Tons of sweeties
    Blue tarp sheeties
    Drinking neaties
    Sitting on seaties

They might also be bedbug bites.-a The filthy room the Donkey is
currently living in with its pile of dumpster repurposed mattresses
and piles of dumpster rescued paperback books looks like a fertile
    breeding ground for parasites.

Yes, bedbugs or fleas, but the large, dark bruises are worrisome.-a As
doctors, we would recommend a loss of 400+ pounds, not using drugs,
stopping alcoholic beverages, eating non-contaminated fish, not
eating red meat, and going to a dentist.-a Mr. Douchebag should brush
what teeth he has left at least twice a day, plus flossing.-a A
    non-semenical rinse is also recommended.

His residence should either be thoroughly cleaned or burned down.

We are attaching a closer view of Mr. Douchebag's condition.

Wow Will - that looks painful.-a Will, what happened to your arm?

Looks like Farber disease or Dermatomyositis

    Are you ok?

Having seen Will's house (both inside and out), I'm sure that they're
only bites from bedbugs and fleas, coupled with skin rashes from
    sleeping in his own filth.

I'm certain you've only viewed inside Dockery's hovel
from pictures, unless you were wearing Hazmat gear, Harry.

Too true.-a I wouldn't want to come within 500 yards of the Donkey shed.

Is the blue tarp serving as Dockey's refrigerator? Just guessing.
