It has recently been reported that Mr. Douchebag had large
bruises visible on his right cheek, supposedly due to a
beating.-a Those may have been diabetic sores and bruises.
Diabetes

Lack of Wheaties

Yes, bedbugs or fleas, but the large, dark bruises are worrisome. >>>>>> As doctors, we would recommend a loss of 400+ pounds, not using

We are attaching a closer view of Mr. Douchebag's condition.
Wow Will - that looks painful.-a Will, what happened to your arm?
Looks like Farber disease or Dermatomyositis
Are you ok?
Having seen Will's house (both inside and out), I'm sure that
they're only bites from bedbugs and fleas, coupled with skin rashes
from sleeping in his own filth.
Yes, we are sure that Will Donkey has bedbug and flea bites, but he
also has diabetes, high blood pressure and probably gout.-a STDs have
progressed in the Donkey body for many years, and those are now
untreatable.-a -Dr. NancyGene
High blood pressure is a given, considering his present state of
morbid obesity.
Diabetes is a high possibility as well.-a I have my doubts, however, as
his frequent trips to the Waffle House would have killed him by this
point.
While I wouldn't rule out the presence of gout, I haven't seen any
definite indications of that ailment.
STDs in the Deep South are pretty much a given.
I also suspect that he gave up drinking (more or less) after having
been diagnosed with cirrhosis.
As tp the bumps and inflammation on his forearms, however, my money's
still on bedbugs and fleas.
Without personally examining Will Donkey (which no sane medical
professional would do anyway), the bumps and bruises COULD be from being beaten, manifestations of his venereal diseases, or lack of personal hygiene.-a Perhaps all of those.-a-a As to the gout, Will Donkey can hardly walk (although that also may be from the hundreds of pounds of fat on
his legs).
