Romana looks for a Tara get up.
The Doctor wants to go fishing.
The Doctor goes fishing and Roman looks for 4th
segment to the key to time.
I suspect this script was not not an oroginal Key to Time party.
Romana does find the the segment, part of a statue.
As she picks it up a Taran Ape creature appears to attck her.
The antagonis Count Grendel of Graff
to the resuce.
Graff thinks Romana is an android .
The Doctor is captured by the PRince's men The Good guys.

The story was always part of the Key to Time quest. However,
the script in its earliest form had the planet being called Zend
and some early working titles for the story were "The Androids
of Zend" and "The Prisoners of Zend"... somebody at the BBC
obviously thought those titles were too on the nose, so they
were changed.
The six stories [of Season 16] were commissioned as part of the
Key to Time saga though.
