Since then, it's been a war to create enough fake buzz. This sort of
thing is why most of the Internet is a swarm of bots.
None thinking drones you mean.
No, I mean bots. An awful lot of modern Internet traffic is from bots.
Yep, in 2022 bots accounted for about 47% of internet traffic. Thanks to idiotic AI, bot traffic has risen to about 57% of internet traffic in
2026 and is predicted to be about 90% by the end of this decade.

The BBC never envisaged a day when people would be watching
those stories on a Blu-ray disc upscaled and viewed on a 55" 4K
UHD TV... In fact, the BBC never envisaged anybody wanting to
watch "Doctor Who" ever again! Which is why they wiped a lot of
the tapes and we have over ninety missing episodes.
It's funny to think how some of those cheesy old shows struck so
deep that they're still beloved. Star Trek and Doctor Who are
both excellent examples.
WHAT?? Do you mean "Gilligan's Island" might still be
'out there' somewhere?? ;-P

Funnily enough I think I have seen it on one of the streaming
services not that long ago... possibly Netflix. So yes, it is
still out there.

I could see kids enjoying it today. It seems like the sort of
thing a ten-year-old would discover and get into for a while.

Yeah, the free channels probably have it at this point. There may
even be one of those weird little channels dedicated to
broadcasting it 24/7. Those must be close to free to run, because
they exist for all kinds of shows.

It was playing on one of Sky TV's channels here in New Zealand earlier
in the year.

I caught an episode a couple of years ago, by chance. That show
was really quite bad, but it made me smile with nostalgia.
