Just read through the comments on here, and you'll find many fans have
even less of a clue than the BBC, Chibnal, and RTD. :-p

When you read Star Wars fan messages, you often get morons who want a
"darker" or "more adult" TV show / movie ... which simply proves they
do not understand that Star Wars is a kids' movie. The same happens
with Doctor Who, which is partly why we got the silly, ill-fitting
"Torchwood" spin-off series.

Star Wars doesn't know what it is. There are so many franchise entries
now that there's no longer a consistent central Star Wars. Star Trek is
in a similar state.

I watched Torchwood, but I never really enjoyed it. It was too sexed up >(unfortunately, that's what many people think "adult" means). I did
enjoy the Sarah Jane Adventures, though. A kids' show can be fun for
adults when it's done well.

Sladen never lost her touch.
