I'll leave movies and TV production to the experts.
Fixing the gouging at theme parks is my mission. New Studio and Pacific beach parks at Camp Pendleton.

The Pacific park would be like EPCOT with features from Alaska to the Antarctic to Japan. Plus a nice curated public beach, FREE with paid parking.
I'll check for a CEO job post in Burbank, NOT Orlando. Burbank staff stays, the Hurricane history just is not business development friendly. Of course a great military only (and dependents) hotel
    on Pendleton.

    If so please bring back
the charm that one used to feel at Disneyland before things became
    such a money grab.
