    Happy White Tree Day!

    June 25th is also the date by which the NTL
    assigns TolCon to the nearest weekend,we have
    not convened one in years but the intent is
    ever maintained.(Some have been rescheduled
    to later dates in the past but since 1977
    WTD is the default setter).
