"In the 19th edition of the Underwear White Paper, the percentage of
women's bust sizes of D cup or larger is presented based on annual
sales data, showing the changes in women's bust sizes over the 30
years of the Heisei era. In 1980, when the data collection began, A
cups accounted for 58.6%, more than half, and the percentage of D cups
or larger was 4.5%. Ten years later, in 1990, it was 17.6%, less than
20%, but in 2018, D cups or larger accounted for 53.1%, more than
half." (From Japanese to English by Google)

That is the reason, why the bodyform of the female manga and anime
    characters have changed.

Triumph counts its solds. That may be the reason, why their numbers
about Africa are different from what a visitor would expect. :-)

Well still small-breasted women appear in manga and to some modest degree
are fetishized. For the rest of the changes we can point to improvements
    in nutrition.

    bliss
