rates in Western countries, using them to promote a narrative that

It seems pretty clear that yes, it is happening: those populations
with higher birth rates will, sooner or later, outnumber those with
lower birth rates. Nothing controversial about that, surely: itrCOs just
basic arithmetic.
Using that as an excuse to oppress and massacre people, on the other
hand -- thatrCOs not so cool. This is not a rCLconspiracyrCY, itrCOs just an inevitable result of the unequal ways that society has progressed
around the world.
