    Common sense has entered the House and the members have agreed that infrastructal planning should not be political. The even went further and admitted that this could be difficult to do but they would give it a go.

    Planning what is needed for the country 30 years ahead is not something the country can do within the 3 year election cycle.

    At a change in Government the intrastucture plan remains anf the new
    Government progresses the works. No changes in the plan, no scrapping of it. Just a given that there is certainty that progress is being made.
