Some are being built by the government. That's the worst part of it.
Who is buying them if there is no need for them?
I suspect immigrants, of which there are also too many.
Let's put it this way: There is either too much housing or not enough
roads.
There would be on average about one car for every dwelling.
The response from the Auckland council has been to create traffic
bottlenecks and other obstructions, and if this is not addressed,
there will always be too much housing in auckland.
