Maybe we are in better shape than the media portray!
It is an interesting article, but one devoid of factual information
that informs the opinions expressed. Grant merely expresses approval
for the ideological changes made, with no supporting citing of fact to
back up claims made, except for the victims of serious crime reduction
(which at less than 6% is interesting but minor progress). There is
nothing wrong with this but the points Grant makes are easily
dismissed by ideological opponents.
