    Correct - but the point of the article is political assassination of
    Ardern and the facts are those that justify it. Housing costs and
    Productivity issues did not start with Ardern's leadership, but the
    doubling of Government debt did.

    I would take the rise and fall of property prices out of the equation and
    place it at the feet of human greed. Along with ignoring some history and common sense.

    Yes, this country of ours needs a leader who can unify NZ. Time for a change
    as the motto once was.

    I don't know if that was the author's point, I do know that Ardern did a much poorer job than she was incorrectly lauded for.

    Please don't ask me that question Crash, I don't know of anyone of that calibre.
    Maybe we will get lucky and someone will emerge in time. But it needs to be soon.
